At Arise Mental Wellness we provide comprehensive therapy, counselling, and psycho-educational services, and strive to eliminate the barriers that people may face when seeking help.
We provide a safe space for individuals, couples, families and groups to receive the tools, education, and services needed in order to develop personal insight and resilience; to create a personal toolbox that you can carry with you for the rest of your life; and to establish and maintain healthier connections with oneself and others.

Individual Services

We offer long-term or short-term individual counselling. Whether you just need someone to talk to, have trauma to work through, need assistance processing aspects of your life, require help with anxiety or depression, or need help overcoming addiction, it would be our privilege to help you.

Prices

Relationship Counselling

We offer relationship counselling to help you strengthen your bond or navigate any difficulties you may be having in your relationship. Relationship counselling can be between romantic partners or any two people wanting to work on their relationship, such as a parent-child, friendship, siblings or any other type of relationship. Together we can help your relationship heal and grow.
